B2B Purchasing & Discount Policy

At Artolia Craft, we provide scalable solutions and premium leather craftsmanship for our global business partners. Our policy is designed to ensure a seamless procurement process.

1. Tiered Bulk Discounts

We offer competitive pricing based on your order volume:

• Silver Tier: 15% OFF for orders of 20–49 units.

• Gold Tier: 25% OFF for orders of 50–99 units.

• Platinum Tier: 35% OFF for orders of 100+ units.

• Bespoke Quotes: For orders exceeding 250 units, please contact our sales team for custom contract pricing.

2. Ordering & Payment Terms

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our wholesale MOQ starts at 15 units per order.

• Payment: First-time orders require 100% upfront payment. Established partners (after 3 successful orders) may apply for Net-30 credit terms.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD/EUR, excluding VAT, customs duties, or shipping fees.

3. Customization & Samples

• Brand Embossing: Custom logo services are available for orders over 50 units. Please note: Customized items are final sale and non-refundable.

• Lead Time: Custom branding adds 10–14 business days to standard production.

• Sample Policy: Samples can be purchased at the standard retail price. The price difference will be credited back to your account upon your first bulk order of 20+ units.

4. Logistics & Lead Times

• Processing: Standard bulk orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping: All bulk shipments are sent Ex-Works (EXW) or FOB from our central warehouse. Shipping insurance is highly recommended for high-value wholesale crates.
