1. What materials does Artolia Craft use? We use premium, top-grain leather for the exterior and soft, protective velvet for the interior. Our cases are designed to be durable, breathable, and elegant.

2. Are the watch cases suitable for large watches? Yes. Our compartments are designed to accommodate a wide range of sizes, including oversized luxury and sports watches (up to 55mm in diameter).

3. How do I clean and maintain my leather case? Simply wipe the exterior with a damp, soft cloth. For long-term care, we recommend using a standard leather conditioner once every six months to maintain its natural luster.


Shipping & Returns

4. How long does shipping take? Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or bulk orders have specific terms (see our Refund Policy).

6. Do you offer bulk discounts for businesses? Yes! We provide tiered discounts starting from 15% OFF for orders of 20 units or more. For large-scale corporate orders (250+ units), please contact our B2B team for a custom quote.

7. Can I add my company logo to the cases? Absolutely. We offer custom logo embossing for bulk orders of 50 units or more. This is a perfect option for corporate gifts or retail branding.

8. Do you provide samples for wholesale clients? Yes. You can purchase a sample at the retail price. If you proceed with a bulk order of 20+ units, the price difference will be credited back to your account.
